The Public Relations and Promotion Office of Universitas Islam Riau (UIR) conducted a benchmarking activity with the Public Relations Office of Universitas Indonesia (UI) as part of its efforts to enhance institutional communication and public relations performance.
This activity aimed to gain insights and best practices in media management, public information services, and strategic communication. Through this benchmarking, UIR seeks to strengthen its role as a leading institution in delivering transparent information and building strong relationships with the public.
The benchmarking activity also served as a platform to foster collaboration and mutual learning between institutions. It is expected that the outcomes of this initiative will contribute to the development of more effective communication strategies and support Universitas Islam Riau’s vision toward becoming a globally competitive university.
